Deep-Breathing

Stress. We’ve been to this place before. We know how exhausting and draining this ground can be. While some lucky individuals can deal with it at a longer extent, the general number of people considers it severe, especially if was served in great amount of proportion.

But hey, it’s part of the life process is it? The presence of stress expresses the existence of growth, of development and progress. No pain, no gain – true that. Question is… how does one deal with all the tension and strain? By coping? No brainer. Getting over be done with it? Of course! Breath. Breathe Deeply. Now, that’s another.

Everyone knows that breathing is a primary way of living. It is life itself. And when done correctly, the effect can do wonders on one’s both emotional and mental state.

Doing it the right way
Breathe deeply with your diaphragm. When you breathe deeply into your diaphragm muscle pulls your lungs down, so that they expand and so that you can really circulate oxygen down into the whole lung. To get the feel of how it should be, try lying flat on your back. When you breathe in and out, your left hand should remain still and only your right hand should move up and down. If your left hand is moving, your breathing is too shallow and you are not using your diaphragm as you should.
