Keep The Fragrance All Day

Fragrances_for_Women

FACT: Smelling awful is awful, in its strictest sense of the word. But sweat happens. Inevitably, even in cooler places. The paranoia of smelling bad is never cool. It wrecks the confidence and social connection someone has. Thank heavens perfumes are there to save the day. They are these reliable liquid wonders that alter any unpleasant odor our body secretes due to different human activities.

You are how you smell. A perfume can do the speaking to the person who wears it. It serves as a signature mark. A lingering identity that sways through the senses of the people around. It’s an indirect way of saying you are in the same crowd.

Your pleasant smelling liquid is like your red carpet being rolled before you can actually get to the actual place and serves as the end tail of your parade as you dot the trance out. Admit it, exuding an awesome scent secures you to be on someone’s good side. After all, no one wants to mingle with a person airing an unpleasant smell. Who would anyway?

Tips on making your perfume last longer:

Start at the base.

Maintain a moisturized skin. Just make sure to use an unscented if not a mild smelling lotion or body butter so that the scent won’t clash with the perfume. Blessed are those with oily skin for science have proven that having such skin type goes well with retaining the fragrance for a longer period of time.

Put the perfume right where it should be.

Never let your perfumes be exposed to humidity and direct sunlight because they can affect the quality. Place them in a cool, dry place instead, preferably inside the box or even in the fridge especially during summertime. Doing this will prolong perfume’s life span.

Sprit away after shower and before donning thy clothes.

Having moist skin locks the scent and helps it last. It is advisable to use it before putting clothes on. Doing this allows the body to absorb it better.

Pulse points.

Areas like your neck, insides of your elbows, behind your knees and your ankles are the dearest territories for your perfume. Be mindful about not forgetting these body parts whenever you spray around.

Rub No! No!

Do not dab the fragrance for it can ‘destroys’ the way your perfume should smell. Notice what happens to a paper when scratched hard by an eraser. Same happens when you rub the perfume instead of allowing it to sit gradually on the skin.
