Steps:
Below are the steps on doing air brushing:
• Advisable to be done in the morning, start brushing the feet moving way up.
• Start on the back followed by either left of right arm. Make sure that strokes should be pointed toward the heart.
• Arm area should start on the palm going way up on front then back of the arms.
• Next will be shoulders, chest and abdomen. Remember to go easy on each these areas though.
• Last but not the least would be ears, chin and neck with minimal pressure.
• Once done, jump into the normal shower routine and apply skin moisturizer afterwards.
