“Early Bird Catches the Worm”

Waking up or getting up early

As the popular saying from the collection of English parables written by Jon Ray goes by, “the early bird catches the worm.”

Waking up or getting up early is indeed tough and requires a lot of discipline. But, what do we really benefit from having an early- bird routine?

I believe that people who desires to be successful needs to have this kind of attitude. Why? Here are some of the benefits you could get if you do your plans the earliest possible time.

If you plan or think of your game plan the first the first thing in the morning, it would stay fresh in your mind.

Most of unsuccessful people even if they have the will to do it still can’t manage to do it because of lack of focus.

Since you will plan it the earliest time, you will have a lot of time to review and revisit you goals you made and have the chance to monitor its progression.

You will also have the opportunity to map out your day. Because of this, you become more efficient and need not to hurry to beat the time or schedule for the day. And because you know your target, you can set it with your other priorities.

You will have time to eat your breakfast! As what nutritionists say, breakfast is the most important meal in the day. And a lot of people miss it because of cramming.

If you wake up early, you will never miss eating a breakfast! This would give you energy throughout the day!

Most people get an adrenaline rush when they wake up early in the morning. It builds more confidence and creativity.

Because of this, you will have a lot of ideas how to start and end your day productively. And since you’re starting your day right, you will have a lot of time for yourself.

You will have time to your friends, go to the gym or even visit a friend! And because you are time- organized, this will reduce stress and having worries on how to beat a deadline.

So let’s avoid procrastination. Let’s help ourselves to wake up the earliest we could to achieve or goals and be successful.

It would only be ourselves who will help us to make this possible. If we start it early, productivity will increase dramatically in the long run.
