They always say that “Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus” particularly because men and women have different compositions in terms of physical attributes, needs emotionally, physically even socially and due to these factors men and women have a higher risk of not being able to understand each other.
“The power of HUG” is one cure to meet these to two thriving creatures and contain them in planet earth into one form of understanding. A hug is a form of language that all people understand it is a true saying that “action speaks louder than words” according to Neuro economist Paul Zak, also known as “Dr. Love,” he said that in order to be happy and enjoy better relationships there should be a dose of at least 8 hugs a day.
Another famous person Dr. Virginia Satir a psychotherapist that people need 4 hugs for survival, 8 hugs a day for maintenance and 12 hugs a day in order to thrive and grow so that is how powerful hugs can build into a man.
There is a scientific explanation for this hugging produces “oxytocin” this hormone has a lot of health giving factors serving in the body.
Therefore, hugging is not only meant for intimacy or to build relationships, but hugging is also scientific because it is needed by the body more so to produce these agents in order to strengthen its health condition.
Not only that, but the power of hug can also go a bit further with the emotions, therefore, if a person is emotionally stressed, that person needs a hug in order for the hormones to be released to do its work in relieving the stress naturally.
Women normally don’t have problems on this one because they are used to express themselves to other people through hugs. But in other conservative cultures, men has a higher need for this because men are less expressive than women except for husband and wife relationships.
That might be the reason why in some of the conservative countries, wrestling and many other contact sports for men are more evident. Because they find a way to release stress through this.
Most of them are actually not aware that their most-loved sports can eventually help in producing the hormone that is needed by the body to lessen stress.
Meaning, there is no need for you to waste money to buy comfort food when you are stressed, which, on the other hand, might even create a more negative effect on your health.
