yoga

Yoga has been around for what is believed to be 5000 years ago. This is a way of life that focuses on the mastery of controlling the mind through physical stillness and routines. The dissemination of this practice has been scattered through word of mouth and one on one teaching.

While most in the modern time looks at yoga as a practice of breathing and series of exercises, purist on the other hand treat it in a more in depth manner that includes the union of aspects that result to inner peace and better spiritualism.

Yoga can challenge the body’s flexibility it’s only half of the journey. Primarily, yoga’s intention is for the mind to clear its clutters while performing the deed. Ever tried sitting in total quietness and shut out all the thoughts? Chances are, letting the mind stop and reach actual quietness can be very difficult for many.
