Memory plays an integral part of the human existence. And we know how exasperating and mind consuming it is even on slightest things. We always associate good memory with intelligence.
Generally, we always perceive those with photographic memory being sharp and quick witted. But hey, you can too. Never again limit the capacity of your brain and unlock its fullest potential by doing ways for improvement for a better you.

It’s a cliché to associate memory loss with aging. While this is true, recent studies show that other human activities contribute to the dwindling of one’s memory. Stress, smoking, drug intake and vitamins deficiency are some of the major factors for the memory to go downwards. But it is never late, follow these tips and get an enhanced version of your memory.

Exercise the brain – synonymous to physical exercising that targets the body, brain can also be exercised through word games, crossword puzzles and reading. Doing brain challenges and feeding the mind will definitely stretch and widen the brain’s capacity.

Focus – It is said that multitasking is a killer when it comes to brain empowerment. Handing numbers of tasks at hand al at the same time is believed to be considered as distraction and will just create confusion with the brain’s flow of process. Try focusing one matter at a hand.

Use your Senses – Scientists claim that a memory will retain into one’s head when he or she used two or more senses. Incorporate sense of smell, touch, sight, hearing or tasting for the information be etched better onto your memory.

Good Sleep – Sleep is the body’s way of revitalizing itself. The brain will have optimal function once it gets the right amount of rest that it needs. While sleep, the brain puts together all the added information it has acquired.

Do It by Groups – Sometimes, the situation requires for the brain to hold much information at a time. It is best to remember things by group instead of part by part. This is a kinder way for the brain to remember chunks of information at a given time.
