Yes, those sad, darker days.
But how can a person cope while in the middle of a sorrow? Dear, understand that gloom is just an emotion. And it will eventually pass. Trust that things will work out and reach its end in its proper time. Respect the emotion but do not dwell on it. It’s not a happy place to be at and no one wants to breathe in the living of despair. Use awareness as your start line. Understand the kind of loneliness residing in you and know that it is just there temporarily.
Do not be afraid to reach out. Surround yourself with strong support group that brings out the best in you. Spend time with family and friends. Some may have a tendency of spacing out and withdrawing from the eyes of crowd but know that being with people who uplifts your spirit is more helpful than dealing with loneliness all by yourself. Use the emotion to be more compassionate. You know how worse it feels like. Feeling loneliness helps you understand the situation others are in even if they are of different circumstance than you are. It’s like having a part of your self with others. Make this as a tool on having better relationship with the people around. Be kind and always ready to extend a hand on those who needs help. You’ll get to see how compensating and enlivening it is to your own existence.
Trust that everything happens for a reason and aim that one’s done, the loneliness you have experienced will leave you with a stronger and more resilient heart.
