Avocados are also known to have high-fiber contents, which can help you in calming your gut for proper digestion. The soluble fiber, which avocado contains somewhat feeds the good bacteria in our stomach and in return give our digestive system a good kick to process food well.

This would then ensure that nutrients and minerals are being transported and absorbed by the body on its best forms for optimum body functions. Lutein and Zeaxanthin are also found in avocados, which can improve eye health and cut down the possibilities of macular degeneration and eye cataracts.
