Many will not take it literally, but believe that dermatologists and skin experts can definitely identify what your constant consumption is by the mere look of your skin. Too much of everything is bad. Since the skin is considered the largest organ in the body, it is not surprising that any illness or imbalance within will be obvious here one way or another.
